extensive in its volumes, access to a variety of technologies, and staffed by
experienced and knowledgeable librarians.

STC’s new Library to be “State of the Art”
Sandersville Technical College’s Foundation is looking to the future as plans for a campaign to raise funds for expansion of its’ current library facilities gets underway. The Invest in the Vision campaign will raise money to relocate STC’s current library, expand and enhance library holdings and services.
“We want to create a state of the art facility to ensure that STC remains current in its accreditations and to provide the high-tech skills local businesses require of their employees,” states STC President, Dr. Lloyd Horadan.
Plans for the new library include relocation of the existing library to the proposed Health Sciences and Business Development Center, expansion of current book collections, a business center, and even a cyber café.
Campaign chairman, Dr. William Rawlings, Jr. stated, “Expansion of our current library will take the college to a whole new level, and it is critical to the future success of the students.” The STC Foundation is in the final planning stages of the campaign and can’t wait to begin.
