2008 Career Fair at Sandersville Tech

Sandersville Technical College recently held their annual Career Fair at the main campus on Deepstep Road. Thirty-five employers were on hand to discuss job opportunities, hiring practices, and required qualifications with STC students and graduates.

Johnnie Edge, Dean of Student Affairs, stated, “This was our best Career Fair ever with a large and diverse representation from employers in the areas of manufacturing, transportation, banking, retail, health occupations, corrections, and education. In fact, we even had a representative from CNN/Turner Broadcasting in Atlanta recruiting electrical and IT employees.”

“Successful events like this Career Fair prove Sandersville Technical College graduates have great career opportunities awaiting them upon completion of our certificate, diploma, and Associate degree programs.”
