Training Options
Small Business Computer Training
This is a series of computer courses designed to give small businesses the opportunity to train their employees during business hours. The series starts with basic introduction to computers and will continue through advanced Microsoft Office training.
Customized Corporate Training
Any of the computer courses listed in this brochure can be provided for your company. We can work with you to design a training program that uses typical examples from your data that your employee uses everyday to teach your employees specifically about how your business uses computers. We can work with classes of up to 18 participants. If our standard offerings do not meet your needs, call for details on other software courses available.
Continuing Education
Sandersville Tech's Continuing Education program offers short term courses in a range of subjects from basic computer use to advanced computer programs to Microsoft Office Specialist training. Many of the continuing education courses provide PLUs necessary for teacher certification. Many of these courses also provide the continuing education credit necessary for Cosmetologists. Please look through this schedule and see what we have to offer you. When you find the course you are interested in, simply fill out the registration form at the end of this booklet and mail it to us.
Online Training
Sandersville Tech is now providing online continuing education courses to better meet the needs of our students. These courses are taught by knowledgeable, professional instructors. For more information, please see the online link of the web page.
Mobile Computer Lab
In addition to state of the art computer teaching labs at our Sandersville Campus, we can bring our laptop computers to your site to create an on-site teaching environment.
Computer Coaching
In this unique approach to learning to use your computer, the teacher comes to you for one on one instruction. Off-Campus Cost: $35.00 per hour On-Campus Cost: $30.00 per hour By appointment only.
Teachers – PLU Credits
Most of our classes are approved for PLU credit. If a class you would like to take is not approved for PLU credit, we will submit the class for approval upon your request. We offer many classes during the summer and throughout the year for teachers to obtain PLU credits. We will also customize a class upon request to help schools and teachers obtain PLU credits.

Fees/Withdrawals/Refunds
Registration fees vary from class to class so please note the amount shown for each class. Should a participant be unable to attend a class for which he/she is registered, a full refund will be issued if we are notified at least two days prior to the class start date. Refunds will not be issued after a class has started. Failure to attend the first class session does not constitute a cancellation.
Registration Information
You may use the registration form included in this brochure, register online, or you may call us to receive a form or more information about a specific class. Registration is allowed up to the first day of class; however the decision to confirm or cancel a class is made two business days before the start date of the class. Certain classes have a maximum number of participants; therefore, enrollment is based on a first come basis, registration is confirmed when a registration form and payment is received. Early registration is recommended. Checks, cash or company guarantee of payment is requested one week prior to the first day of class. Please register early to ensure that the class you want is not cancelled due to low enrollment. Confirmations are not mailed due to the volume of registration handled by our office. You may call the office two business days prior to the start date of a class to confirm that class is going to be held.
Cancelled or Postponed Class
Sandersville Tech reserves the right to cancel any class due to insufficient enrollment or other administrative reasons. Should a situation develop which necessitates cancellation of a class, the participant will be given the option to register for a re-scheduled class or receive a full refund.
