Self-esteem can be enhanced by holding in your mind the self-image of good qualities you want to maintain and strengthen, and by studying the characteristics of people you admire.

Post at least two comments or qualities that you would use to in positive self-talk to affirm your own sense of worth. Then, comment on at least two of your classmates' comments in terms of ways in which these examples can be used to improve the workplace.
