This week's work ethics word of the week is Productivity. In order to be a productive student and employee, a person must follow safety procedures, conserve materials, keep the work area neat and clean and follow directions properly. Recent studies have indicated that stress affects productivity. If a person is physically, emotionally or mentally stressed, he or she cannot perform job duties with 100% capacity.
