Accessing Your STC Email Account
If this is your first time accessing your student email account, you will need to follow the steps below to retrieve your User ID.
Please note that it can take up to 24 hours after you have registered for your email account to be created and activated.
For students who have already established their email account, use the EMAIL Sign in link to the right.
First-Time User Setup
I. Locating Your User Name

- First, click here to log into Banner. (A new browser window will be opened.)
- Once you have logged in, click the "Personal Information" link.
- Then click the "View E-mail Address(es)" link.
- Under the heading "Email Address Provided by College" you will see an email address in the format UserName@students.sandersvilletech.edu
II. Login to Your Email Account
- Go to http://www.exchangelabs.com to access your email account.
- Enter your student email address in the "Windows Live ID" field.
- Enter your default password (your Banner ID) in the Password field.
DO NOT CHECK "Remember me on this computer" or "Remember my password"! If you do anyone that sits at that computer will be able to access your email!
Now click on the Sign In button.
- Next you will be prompted to change your password and provide some extra account details. Please fill in all fields and click on "I Accept".
- Now you can login to your new STC Student Email account with your new password.
- This is your account. Keep it safe by not giving out your password to friends/family/etc. You can keep this email address even after graduating from Sandersville Technical College.
